24.10.2018 | LÜTZE SUPERFLEX® ETHERNET BUS (C) PUR (4x2xAWG24/7) StC Cat.7 cable
Industry 4.0 - Cat.7 Ethernet cable for the mobile application
The automation specialist LÜTZE, Weinstadt, expands its Industrial Ethernet cable program with the new LÜTZE SUPERFLEX® ETHERNET BUS (C) PUR Cat.7 cable. After the torsion-capable Ethernet Cat 6a cable was launched successfully at the beginning of 2018, this new cable offers a transmission rate of up to 600 MHz, and is approved for the North American market.
The new cable, which was originally designed for applications with linear movements, and developed with an optimized 4-pair stranding with a cross element as a core, stands out thanks to its mechanical properties, allowing for applications with torsions of up to ±180° on 1 m. The halogen-free, flame-resistant PUR outer jacket adds to the range of suitable moving machines and plant parts applications, where this cable can be used.
