Assemblies for SEW® Servo Drives

Automation specialist LÜTZE, based in Germany, expands its extensive portfolio of pre-assembled servo motor cables with new variants for SEW® servo drive systems. 

In the field of servo cable assemblies, LÜTZE now offers three new cable types for SEW® drive technology: motor cables for SEW-CMP® servo motors, feedback cables for SEW-Movidrive®, and OCT (One Cable Technology) motor cables for SEW-Movilink-DDI®. In addition, LÜTZE provides matching extension cables for each cable type. All servo cable assemblies are available either as high flexing PUR versions for continuous motion applications, such as drag chains, or as PVC versions for stationary installations. A special service: all cables can be ordered in customer-specific lengths, in 1-meter increments, starting from a minimum order quantity of just one. Each cable assembly is individually manufactured and shipped within a few working days.

All pre-assembled cables are manufactured by LÜTZE in Germany under certified quality standards and equipped with high-grade connectors. The specifications according to SEW® requirements are fully met, ensuring complete system compatibility with all SEW® drives, motors, and encoders. In accordance with SEW® guidelines, LÜTZE integrates a coaxial conductor into the OCT assemblies for SEW Movilink® DDI, enabling cable lengths of up to 200 meters.
